It's probably no surprise to find that Alice in Wonderland is a huge inspiration for me, and the store. The whimsical characters and colors featured in the book and countless movies, have always given me a bolt of creative energy! When designing the look and feel of the store, I was always reminded of the world Alice enters. Even though you don't fall through a rabbit hole, I hope that entering the world of DBE, gives you a similar feel to that of a fun, spirited place, full of surprises!
The pictures featured in today's post are a sample of those items in the shop that scream wonderland. The blue tutu, designed by Ouma, represents Alice in the most wonderful ways! The sparkling white rabbit cake topper and gift box, created by Over the Top Studios, is the perfect small sample of the story and is simply too adorable! These Tea cups are also too sweet...especially when filled with swizzle sticks and various teas! Designed by Teaspoons and Petals and adorned with hand painted haikus, teacups are another great Alice inspired item!
